The D200 Black Thorn (Ochee) has plump, perfectly round husks with a distinctive star-shaped base and short thumb-like stem. Plenty of flesh in a small package. This Durian can reach a maximum of 1.5 kilograms, while most weigh one kilo or below. It's thin husk combined with small and usually flat seeds result in one of the highest yielding durian with up to 38% flesh to fruit ratio. The pods are pale yellow, velvety soft and smooth. The taste is mild but complex with a floral sweetness and pleasant bitterness. The small size, milder taste and easiness to open will make this durian a very good choice for beginners, while the amount of flesh per kilogram of fruit will make it a preferred choice for durian lovers as well.

 

Prestigious light orange durian. The boldly coloured pods are very sweet, creamy and slightly bitter, a milder experience compared to Musang King. A favorable charecteristic of this durian is the ease of opening it.

 

The strong giant. Tekka has an average size of 3 kilos some bigger ones reaching up to 5kg. It's flesh has a creamy yellow color with a buttery smooth consistency. Also nicknamed the Musang Queen and for a good reason, it can easily compete the King with its strong alcoholic and bittersweet taste.

Striped red fleshed Durian hybrid. This durian surprises with its appearance. Its a multi-generation hybrid between the regular Durio zibethinus and the wild Durio graveolens and Durio kutejensis species. The flesh conserves the color of its three ascendants with its marbled white-yellow-red colors. The taste is sweet, nutty, fruity and less pungent than the regular zibethinus durians.

 

Wild jungle durian (Durio graveolens) with astounding color. The Orange Graveolens has a very sticky, thick flesh with a sweet and strong nutty flavor. As opposed to the more commercialized Durio zibethinus, graveolens has no pungent smell and aroma.

Petite personal durian that carries a punch. Its soft creamy off-white flesh has strong bitterness and can bring numbing sensation with the right conditions. A favorite in Miri, Borneo.

 

Cempedak Merah is a standout red fleshed cempedak from Malaysia. The taste is dense and rich with honey sweetness with notes of durian and mango.

 

Cempejack Kuching is a hybrid between cempedak (Artocarpus integer) and jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus). Unlike many so-called “cempejacks” that are just soft-fleshed jackfruits, this is the real cross: the fruit shape, skin, and intense aroma are unmistakably cempedak, while the tree’s young leaves and buds only show the slight hairiness while cempedak is very hairy and jackfruits have smooth leaves. The flesh is deep golden-yellow, very sweet like a cempedak, but with added juiciness and a floral-fruity fragrance coming from the jackfruit side. The result is a perfect balance: rich fruity sweetness with cempedak aroma.

 

Black Sapote Bernecker is a prolific Australian variety yielding medium to large, nearly spherical fruits. The rich, dark pulp offers superb chocolate-pudding flavor. Sweeter and more balanced than milder types, with a creamy, wetter texture that separates easily from the skin.

 

Black Sapote Wilson is a productive variety with smaller, round to flattened fruits. The dark chocolate-like pulp is mildly sweet with subtle vegetable notes reminiscent of sweet potato, and a denser, slightly fibrous texture ideal for blending into desserts rather than fresh eating due to its sturdy, less juicy consistency.
